Squidoo Payout For January 2010

I know I haven’t been round here a SquidooFreak.com for a while now – so much so that another pay period at Squidoo has been and gone.

As usual I’m keeping my promise of being transparent, letting my readership know what I’m earning from Squidoo – in terms of the real payouts from Squidoo.

In January you’d expect earnings online to go down due to the Christmas season being over, and people starting to tighten their belts again, hence making less online purchases.

In spite of this fact – I’ve still managed to get a decent amount of Squidoo Cash – considering that I only have about 15 actively earning lenses.

My payout for January 2010 was: $10.61

Now – the fact that I haven’t been around much doesn’t mean that I haven’t been working on Squidoo. I have been busy optimising my existing lenses by improving their tagging, linking my sites internally within Squidoo, using some new tricks I learned recently. I’m seing the benefits of this work as I go along – both by increased traffic to my lenses – as well as by more sales being made from them.

I’ll report back more on this soon – and tomorrow I’ll let you know about a couple of new lenses I’ve built in the meantime as well.
