Keeping On Track: Week 1

Since the start of this new year, I’ve been talking about setting goals to work towards, and making plans on how to reach them. These are both crucial factors in being successful with what you do in life. At the same time – they’re good for nothing if you don’t keep on track with what you’re doing – by monitoring your progress.

For that reason I’m going to hold myself accountable by posting a weekly review of what I’ve done, where I’m up to in terms of reaching my goals, and what I need to do to keep on track.

My deadline for the first goal I’ve set is March 31st, 2010 – which means that I’ve got 12 weeks from today to reach my goal. As I said a couple of days ago I found that I need to produce 3-4 Squidoo lenses a week, and make an ongoing effort to ensure that their lens rank is below 100,000 (less is better).

Current Status:

  • Total Lenses: 20
  • Lenses under lensrank 100k: 12 (60%)

Status Goal For Week 2:

  • Total Lenses: 23
  • Lenses under lensrank 100k: 14 (60%)

I’ll be back same time next week to see how I did.
